Slappy the Clown is pushed to the edge after years of entertaining snot-nosed brats at birthday parties. Turn Slappy’s frown upside down by pranking civilians to your heart's content. Unleash an arsenal of balloon swords and banana peels upon the populous, but watch out for the police trying to ruin Slappy’s day.
